Sandhya started her career in training as a Language coach for IELTS, TOEFL and Overseas education aspirants.  She realized her passion for training and made this part time activity to a career path. She has over 6 years of experience in overseas education where she trained students for higher studies for some of the best universities across the world. Based on her experience with students from various backgrounds, Sandhya now conducts workshops for students.  

Her management education and experiences also make her an excellent choice for teachers training.  She has trained teachers of international schools as well as management and engineering universities.
